Goblin Village
Scout by Land or Air (DC 15 or 10): This miniature, stilted village is crawling with little green shapes: goblins! This should be easy pickings.
Knowledge: Architecture and Engineering (DC 15): Simply put, the architecture of the miniature goblin village is too good to be of goblin make. The organizers of the competition probably built it with the express intent of having the goblins move in.

This combat is really straightforward. Use the goblin village map from Jade Regent: the Brinewall Legacy, and attack with the following mobs, using preposterous and ridiculous tactics whenever possible (consider rolling a d%, and on a 10 or under the goblins do something stupid and useless like attempting to run in circles around the PCs, or steal the PCs’ shoes).
